It's not just you: Many users are having issues accessing Facebook and Instagram.
The platforms, both owned by Meta, seemed to suffer an outage Tuesday morning, with people reporting difficulty logging into their accounts.
A page run by Meta that keeps tabs on the status of the company's platforms and tools, including outages, reported "major disruptions" to Facebook logins as of 10:17 a.m. EST.
And Andy Stone, communications director at Meta, posted on X: "We're aware people are having trouble accessing our services. We are working on this now."
The website Downdetector also showed a spike in user-reported outages for Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger on Tuesday morning.
Meta did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.
