Costco Next is the chain's best-kept secret that's free for members. I've already saved thousands of dollars using it.
Costco members get free access to Costco Next, a service with money-saving deals on big brands like Viking cookware, Travelpro luggage, and more.
- I love my Costco membership, especially because I get access to the Costco Next program.
- Costco Next offers members limited-time deals from name brands, like Viking and Travelpro.
- I saved thousands buying a shed through Costco Next, and I regularly see 40% discounts on products.
I'm a huge Costco fan — the low-price staples, free samples, and the rotisserie chicken have kept me coming back.
And just when I thought I couldn't get more from my membership, I came across the Costco Next service.
The Costco Next website shows special third-party deals and discounted prices to Costco members that can be redeemed directly from whichever retailer is offering it.
It's also easy to use. I just type in my Costco membership number to sign into the service, select one of the brands that are offering deals, and then browse until I find what I want to buy.
From there, the third-party supplier handles shipping and returns.
Costco Next has a pretty broad range of products and brands
Costco regularly rotates out which suppliers and deals it has on offer, and items range from beauty products to flooring to gym equipment.
I've also seen offers available for discounted caskets, playhouses, bicycles, phone cases, slippers, and baby toys.
Some brands I see frequently include premium cookware brand Viking and high-end luggage company Travelpro.
I've seen recognizable brands like Case-Mate, Dearforms, and Butter London on there, too.
The deals vary, but I've seen some really good ones
Costco Next offers vary, but I've seen many products for 30% to 50% off their original price.
Recently, I saw a 10-piece Viking cookware set for $480 through Costco Next — the same set on Viking's site cost $800. I also found a 16-piece Fortessa dinnerware set that retails for $250 available on Costco Next for $140.
Some deals are limited, though, and need to be acted on quickly. And if you see an asterisk (*) next to an item, it might not be coming back.
My best find is still when I scored a $7,000 shed for $4,000 using a one-time Costco Next offer.
Fortunately, if nothing on the site appeals to me, I know I can check back for new offers every few days.
